Standard typically takes 5–7 working days; longer-distance visits can take 7–10 working days. Urgent 3–5 working days, subject to availability. Repair duration depends on the fault and parts.
Every new part replaced during a stairlift repair has a full 1-year guarantee; used parts, where applicable, have 6 months.
Annual stairlift servicing includes battery replacement for supported models. The estimator shows the applicable complete home-service total for the battery type.
