Every service, we go through it all in detail.
A full service usually takes no more than an hour, whatever the device. If we spot something that needs replacing, we'll quote you before touching anything.
Bought your device recently? Check with your supplier first — a service may be required through them as part of your guarantee.
Frame & fixings. Every nut, bolt and screw attaching to shrouds, seats, chassis and brackets checked and tightened.
Battery load test. Full-cycle load testing of the main batteries to confirm they're in proper working order — with discounted replacements if they're not.
Wiring & switches. Inspection and testing of all wiring and switches, with safety sensors triggered to prove they respond correctly.
Drive & brakes. Motors, brakes and moving parts checked for wear, noise and performance under load.
Tyres & wheels. Condition, pressure and wear inspected — punctures and worn tyres flagged before they strand you.
Controls & comfort. Tiller or joystick response, seat swivel and adjustments — everything adjusted and lubricated as needed.
Valet clean to finish. A quick valet-style cleaning service to freshen your machine up — it goes back to you working better and looking better.
