Veleco scooter repairs
Faster, Cristal and ZT15 are Veleco examples recorded in our catalogue in lead-acid versions. Some model families have battery variations, so a name alone must not be used to assume service eligibility. Give the exact model and battery-label details when asking the office to check a repair enquiry.
Standard: typically 5–7 working days; longer-distance visits can take 7–10 working days. Urgent: 3–5 working days. Both are subject to availability and office confirmation; this is not an emergency or roadside recovery service.
Identify the scooter before choosing parts
Which Veleco model do you have?
Faster is a model name, not a description of speed. Keep the letters and digits together in ZT15 and photograph the label if the code is unclear. Most importantly, the lead-acid examples here do not extend to a lithium version carrying a similar Veleco name.

Record the exact spelling and battery-label details. The office must check the actual version, not just a familiar Veleco badge.

A fault description is more useful than a guess
Tell us what your scooter is doing
A scooter that will not start, stops unexpectedly or loses range does not always need the same repair. Describe the symptom, when it began and whether the fault is constant or intermittent.
- Write the exact Veleco model and check the battery label without opening a pack; tell the office if it mentions lithium.
- Explain whether the fault is no power, loss of range, stopping or another symptom, and when it started.
- Keep the charger label and any original paperwork available. Do not continue charging a damaged pack or attempt battery-pack repairs.
If steering, braking or drive feels unsafe, stop using the scooter until it has been assessed. Do not bypass safety switches, dismantle a battery pack or continue charging a damaged pack.
What the repair estimate covers
The estimator shows a home-visit estimate for your address. An estimate is not a diagnosis, confirmed booking or promise that a particular part is available.
Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. Major replacement parts require a separate quote and your agreement before that work proceeds.
If the battery system is lithium, it is outside our repair and replacement service. Tell the office if the label says lithium, Li-ion or LiFePO4; do not choose a lead-acid version to obtain an estimate.

Does a Veleco Faster name confirm that the battery is lead-acid?
No. A model-family name is not enough to identify the battery chemistry or exact version. The office must check the battery label and equipment. Lithium systems are outside our repair and replacement service, even if a lead-acid version appears in the catalogue.
Are you an authorised Veleco dealer or manufacturer repair centre?
We are an independent mobility equipment repair service. This page identifies the brand for repair enquiries; it does not claim manufacturer authorisation or endorsement.
Can I request a repair if my model is not listed?
Yes, send the make, exact model and fault description to the office. A model missing from the examples is not automatically accepted or rejected. We must confirm suitability, and lithium equipment remains outside our service.
Are batteries included in a scooter repair estimate?
No. Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. If a lead-acid replacement is needed, use the battery-replacement estimator for the applicable bundled home-service options. Major repair parts also need a separate quote and agreement.
