Pride Mobility scooter repairs
Whether the name on your scooter is Go Go Elite Traveller, Colt Plus or Revo 2.0, start with the full Pride Mobility model name. Tell us whether it has no power, stops during use or has a control or charging problem. The office checks the exact scooter and repair suitability before confirming a visit.
Standard: typically 5–7 working days; longer-distance visits can take 7–10 working days. Urgent: 3–5 working days. Both are subject to availability and office confirmation; this is not an emergency or roadside recovery service.

Which Pride Mobility model do you have?
Pride names often include extra words, numbers or suffixes. Go Go Elite Traveller, Go Go Elite Traveller LX and Go Go Elite Traveller Plus are separate catalogue entries. A photo of the model plate is more useful than selecting the closest-looking name.
Colt Plus
Write Plus exactly as printed. Colt Deluxe and Colt Twin are separate names in the catalogue, not substitutes for this example.

Include the 2.0 wording and any model code from the plate. A shortened Revo name is not enough to confirm the version.

A fault description is more useful than a guess
Tell us what your scooter is doing
A scooter that will not start, stops unexpectedly or loses range does not always need the same repair. Describe the symptom, when it began and whether the fault is constant or intermittent.
- Include the whole Go Go, Colt or Revo name from the plate, not just the family name shown on a badge.
- Tell us whether the fault appears at switch-on, when you try to move, or after a period of use.
- Keep your charger label and previous service paperwork available for office follow-up; leave casings and wiring closed.
If steering, braking or drive feels unsafe, stop using the scooter until it has been assessed. Do not bypass safety switches, dismantle a battery pack or continue charging a damaged pack.
What the repair estimate covers
The estimator shows a home-visit estimate for your address. An estimate is not a diagnosis, confirmed booking or promise that a particular part is available.
Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. Major replacement parts require a separate quote and your agreement before that work proceeds.
If the battery system is lithium, it is outside our repair and replacement service. Tell the office if the label says lithium, Li-ion or LiFePO4; do not choose a lead-acid version to obtain an estimate.

The office checks your model, address, availability and repair scope. Any major parts and additional work need agreement.

Is “Go Go” enough to identify my Pride scooter?
No. Copy the remaining wording from the model plate, including Elite Traveller, LX, Plus or any other suffix that is actually printed. Do not choose one of these versions just because it looks similar. If the lettering has worn away, use the unknown-model route and let the office check photographs or paperwork.
Are you an authorised Pride Mobility dealer or manufacturer repair centre?
We are an independent mobility equipment repair service. This page identifies the brand for repair enquiries; it does not claim manufacturer authorisation or endorsement.
Can I request a repair if my model is not listed?
Yes, send the make, exact model and fault description to the office. A model missing from the examples is not automatically accepted or rejected. We must confirm suitability, and lithium equipment remains outside our service.
Are batteries included in a scooter repair estimate?
No. Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. If a lead-acid replacement is needed, use the battery-replacement estimator for the applicable bundled home-service options. Major repair parts also need a separate quote and agreement.
