One Rehab scooter repairs
For a One Rehab scooter repair, give the brand as well as the model name. Liberty, Vogue and Discovery 8 are catalogue examples, but a familiar model word on its own does not identify the equipment. Explain the fault and the office will check your exact scooter and repair suitability.
Standard: typically 5–7 working days; longer-distance visits can take 7–10 working days. Urgent: 3–5 working days. Both are subject to availability and office confirmation; this is not an emergency or roadside recovery service.

Which One Rehab model do you have?
Liberty and Vogue also have longer catalogue names, including Super variants. Record that extra wording if it is on your scooter. Keep the 8 in Discovery 8, and do not confuse a One Rehab Vantage name with Rascal Vantage X or another maker’s product.

A fault description is more useful than a guess
Tell us what your scooter is doing
A scooter that will not start, stops unexpectedly or loses range does not always need the same repair. Describe the symptom, when it began and whether the fault is constant or intermittent.
- Copy any Super wording, number or model ending actually printed, and include One Rehab as the make.
- Describe the fault in order: what you did, what happened next and what the controls or lights displayed.
- Photograph the charger label and keep old receipts or handbooks if the lettering is worn; never open a charger or battery pack.
If steering, braking or drive feels unsafe, stop using the scooter until it has been assessed. Do not bypass safety switches, dismantle a battery pack or continue charging a damaged pack.
What the repair estimate covers
The estimator shows a home-visit estimate for your address. An estimate is not a diagnosis, confirmed booking or promise that a particular part is available.
Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. Major replacement parts require a separate quote and your agreement before that work proceeds.
If the battery system is lithium, it is outside our repair and replacement service. Tell the office if the label says lithium, Li-ion or LiFePO4; do not choose a lead-acid version to obtain an estimate.

Can I omit Super or the number after a One Rehab model name?
No. Include every word and number shown on the model plate. Liberty and Liberty Super, for example, are separate catalogue names. The office must check your actual version rather than infer it from a shortened name.
Are you an authorised One Rehab dealer or manufacturer repair centre?
We are an independent mobility equipment repair service. This page identifies the brand for repair enquiries; it does not claim manufacturer authorisation or endorsement.
Can I request a repair if my model is not listed?
Yes, send the make, exact model and fault description to the office. A model missing from the examples is not automatically accepted or rejected. We must confirm suitability, and lithium equipment remains outside our service.
Are batteries included in a scooter repair estimate?
No. Batteries are excluded from the repair estimate. If a lead-acid replacement is needed, use the battery-replacement estimator for the applicable bundled home-service options. Major repair parts also need a separate quote and agreement.
